How to Apply
We’re so glad you’re considering Saint Agatha School for your family. Our warm, faith-filled community serves students from Pre-K through Grade 8, and we can’t wait to show you what makes our school such a special place to learn and grow.
Applying is easy using our Online Application. You can track the status of your admission online after your application has been submitted. You can access the application portal here. A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application.Your simple, step-by-step path to joining our school community!
1. Check Your Child’s Eligibility
For K0, the student must be age 3 on or before August 31st.
For K1, the student must be age 4 on or before August 31st.2. Gather Your Required Documents
With ALL applications, you’ll need the following items ready to upload:
- Non-refundable application fee of $100
- Copy of student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of student’s Baptismal certificate (if baptized)
- Copy of student’s records:
- For Early Childhood Program applications: developmental progress report from the student’s preschool/child care program
- For Elementary and Middle School applications: current and previous years’ report cards and standardized test scores
3. Submit Your Online ApplicationOnce you have created an account and selected your grade, please be sure to select the correct school year, 2026-2027.

Admissions events are special occasions hosted by our office to connect with prospective students and share important information about the application process, academic programs, campus life, and more. These events may include Open Houses, Discovery Days, or private campus tours, where students can explore the facilities, attend informational sessions, and meet faculty, staff, and current students. Admissions events are designed to help students make informed decisions about their education and guide them through the application and enrollment process.

We are excited to move towards a more seamless way of doing re-enrollment and we hope this will also make things easier for our families. The re-enrollment period for the 2026-2027 School Year is now open. The deadline to complete your enrollment packet is March 1st - please follow the instructions below to access your FACTS Family Portal. We will assume you are returning to Saint Agatha School for the 2026-2027 academic year unless you opt-out by sending an email to [email protected] on or before March 1, 2026. All families returning for next year will be charged the annual Enrollment Deposit of $200 (which will be applied to your tuition balance) shortly after March 1, 2026. Please note that this year’s enrollment packet will include the Continuous Enrollment Agreement, which assumes your child is returning each academic year, unless you opt out by the opt-out deadline stated in the contract.

SAS Tuition Schedule: 2026–2027
Tuition rates are listed by grade band and program type:

K2 – Grade 8

Please note that this does not cover additional fees such as uniforms, lunch, or other costs.
Financial aid is available for students in grades K2-8.Payment Methods
Each family is expected to utilize one of the outlined options for paying tuition.
Option A - Pay in Full by July 1 for a 3% tuition discount.
Option B - 10 Month Payment Plan (July through April)- The FACTS® payment plan is an automatic payment plan through your checking or saving account or credit card. Parents choosing this plan will authorize their financial institution to make automatic monthly payments to FACTS® on either the 5th or the 20th of each month beginning in July.
- FACTS® requires a $50.00 processing fee for this service.
- Uniforms
- Lunch/milk program
- FSA dues
- 8th Grade Graduation Fee: Parents will be responsible for covering this cost.
- Class Trip: If a class trip is organized, parents will incur an additional expense for the trip's cost.

FACTS SIS & Facts Tuition
Saint Agatha School uses an integrated version of the FACTS® Tuition Management and FACTS® SIS (Student Information System). You can access both your FACTS® SIS and Tuition accounts via FACTS® Family Portal, using one username and password. You will find the Family Portal link on the school website or by following the steps below:
FACTS Family Portal Login Instructions
- Go to: https://stas-ma.client.renweb.com/pwr/
- Click on “Parent Log In” at the top, then “FACTS Family Portal (ParentsWeb).”
- If you already have a FACTS SIS account, enter district code - STAS-MA, username, and password and click Login (this is your current FACTS SIS username and password, not your FACTS Tuition username and password which is no longer valid).
- If you do not have a FACTS SIS account set up, click: Create New Family Portal Account
- Enter the email address that received this email, and our District Code - STAS-MA
- You will receive an email from SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for six hours.
- Click Change/Create Password and the screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field
- Click on the Save Username and/or Password button and close the window
- Log into FACTS Family Portal as instructed above
As a reminder, please reenroll your child/children by January 31.
