At Saint Agatha School’s Gala & Auction last March, two families won incredible experiences that made their school mornings truly unforgettable - thanks o the wonderful support of the local community.
In April, the Rivera-Fullerton family’s young student enjoyed a special ride to school in a Milton Police Department cruiser. With lights flashing and sirens blaring, the student and a friend received VIP treatment that created lasting memories for everyone involved.
A big thank you to Sergeant Christopher Ernst and Officer Jordan St. Fort for making this experience possible.
Then, in May, the Dacey family gave their son a memorable entrance to school by having him arrive in a Milton Fire Department fire truck. Accompanied by firefighters Lt. Stephen Donnelly, Michael Murphy, and Adam Donovan, he got a firsthand taste of what it feels like to be a hometown hero. The thrilling moment sparked excitement throughout the entire school community.
These special experiences wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity of the Milton Police and Fire Departments. Saint Agatha School is deeply grateful for their ongoing commitment - not only to keeping students safe but also to enriching the school community with these meaningful and joyful moments.
The school also proudly recognizes other ways local law enforcement supports its mission. In March, students participated in a dress-down day to honor Officer Caroline Butts, a Saint Agatha alumna and Milton police officer who ran the 129th Boston Marathon for Cops for Kids with Cancer.
Officer Butts also visited the K0C class to read to the children, inspiring them personally. The school thanks Officer Butts (sister of Miss Olivia) for her visit and wishes her great success!
Beyond these events, the community’s support continues to grow. As summer unfolds, we wish everyone a safe and enjoyable break, and remain deeply grateful to be part of such a supportive and engaged community. Looking ahead, the next Saint Agatha School Gala is scheduled for February 28, 2026. It promises to be another unforgettable evening filled with exciting auction experiences. It’s never too early to save the date!
