Mrs. Erin Leary has been a dedicated educator at Saint Agatha School since 2010, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to her role. She began her teaching career at St. Ann School in Quincy and has taught various grades over the years. This year, she is excited to move into a new role as a Kindergarten teacher to support the growing needs of the school community.
Mrs. Leary treasures the opportunity to create a nurturing classroom each September and delights in watching her students learn, grow, and thrive. While first grade has long been her favorite—due to the remarkable development she witnesses—she looks forward to bringing the same passion and energy to her Kindergarten classroom.
She holds a Master’s degree and is SEI Endorsed, reflecting her commitment to inclusive and effective teaching.
Outside the classroom, Mrs. Leary enjoys reading, cooking, walking Wollaston Beach, fitness classes, and spending time with friends and family. She’s passionate about finding creative, engaging activities for her students, dining out, listening to true crime podcasts, and binge-watching Netflix. An avid runner, she has completed marathons in Newport and New York City, with Boston and LA still on her bucket list. She recently rescued a three-year-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua named Ruthie Ann from South Carolina.
