Mrs. Julie Conley is a dedicated and valued teacher in our Early Childhood program, holding a Master’s degree and an SEI endorsement. SEI (Sheltered English Immersion) offers strategies to support ELLs’ (English Language Learners) access to content instruction through evidence-based reading, writing, and vocabulary interventions. Over the past decade, Mrs. Conley has found great joy in connecting with her students and witnessing their “light bulb moments”—those special instances of realization and learning. She understands that early childhood is a time of immense growth, from mastering the skills to zip a coat to learning how to write and everything in between. Outside the classroom, Mrs. Conley is building her family on the South Shore. She loves spending time at the beach, exploring new playgrounds with her expanding family, and celebrating the arrival of her newborn and second son this summer.
